Port Melbourne - Narrow Lot Reinvention

The client’s brief was to transform this somewhat tired and uninviting two-bedroom, one bathroom cottage to a modern, light filled dream home with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a concealed laundry. Another priority was to restore the heritage character of the exterior and parts of the interior.

SPACIOUS

Through major demolition of the back of the house, Spacemaker was able to respond to the client’s brief with clever use of space and an effortless flow from the inside out. The clever interior design boasts a host of wow factors.

COURTYARD

The back yard is infused with a Balinese theme, incorporating an outdoor shower and other features. With a natural transition from the outdoors in, the home has a relaxed yet stylish resort feel requested by the owners.
